Pros: We were able to check in early. Our room was spacious and clean. This hotel is eco friendly which is a super plus. The decor in the lobby is beautiful. Then the breakfast was amazing !! They had smoothies. They had fresh pressed juice. Cinnamon roll waffles. I don’t really know where to stop with the compliments of this hotel. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Ten out of ten stars.

We had our daughter so having the pool and a continental breakfast in the morning was perfect to entertain her while I was visiting in the hospital. It was perfect and clean- beds were comfortable. Cons: I noticed a few very tiny bugs crawling on the bath room counter. Couldn't quite determine what they were. I didn't mention this to the staff because my overall stay was very good. But I thought that maybe I should let you know so that you could followup before it became a major problem. Turning left onto the major street in front of the facility (Hwy 301?) is a challenge because of the way the traffic lights are timed. You have to be patient.

We were told the wrong floor for our room when we checked in and when we walked past the elevator because we doubted room number 120 was on the second floor the front desk person sassily called over to us. Even though there was a do not disturb sign on our door the room was serviced and the AC was turned way down. When we checked out I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before I just wrote a note about checking out and left. We've stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it. Overall, a good hotel, this experience was just a little weird. Also, note that the first floor is a little noisy (traffic & people coming in) but other floors are fine.

Cons: Since I booked the room with booking.com they stuck me in the worst room in the building. On the ground floor right next to the breakfast area with constant noise from I-75. It was hard to sleep in this room that is facing the interstate and the worker preparing the breakfast could be heard through the wall at 0530. I would never stay at this particular Hampton Inn again even thought the breakfast was the best. In fact I stayed another night in Belleview but switched to the Sleep Inn on the East side of I-75 and had a much better experience!!

Pros: The gentleman who checked us in, Jim, was friendly and helpful. He made sure our needs were met and even delivered bottled water to our door and left them for us. We didn't know that we were entitled to bottled water (1 per guest) per day and so he made sure we got them. He answered any questions I had and I was glad he was the person taking care of us!

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. There was a small fridge and microwave. Stocked with 2 bottles of Nestle water (my fave) and there was also an ironing board and iron. I like that the A/C had a remote control so you don't have to get up in the middle of the night to change the temperature.

Cons: There were a lot of ants (little ones) in the bathroom. So maybe exterminate a little better. They were a little annoying but not too bothersome. I feel like the price could have been lower, but since it was last minute, I was willing to pay a little more. It could use a bit of updating in the bathrooms, but they were ok.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was sofa bed, which was very outdated and uncomfortable it would be nice if they would update the mattresses other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: size of room.

Cons: They did not have a crib for our granddaughter, only a pak 'n play. They missed making our scheduled wake-up call, which is a cardinal sin in the hotel business.
