eveything！the owner came to the bus stop to pick us up, booked activities for us. The breakfast and the dinner were just beautifully. There are many friendly cats in this property.

Kiriya Ryokan is extremely beautiful and welcoming! The family is warm and sweet with lots of valuable insights about things to do and the history of Nozawa. Breakfast included Onsen tomago (eggs soft boiled in the hot springs), a wide array of homemade pickles and local jams.

The owner, Ms Ko, is very friendly and helpful. She's able to speak English and able to explain some skiing details that we require. The breakfast and dinner meals that they have provided is very delicious. In addition, they were able to arrange the futons during dinner time and re-arrange the seating arrangement during breakfast. The rooms and entire ryokan is very clean and there is easy access to the Ogama, as well as skiing stations.

The proprietors, Akira and Ko are the best! Helped us with several extras (Akira led us on a short hike and let us feed the koi).

Very friendly owners and cats. Lovely garden. Nice to have its own onsen. Loved Nozawa Onsen....all the eggs, steam and huge variety of types of onsen to choose from
