Pros: Breakfast was fabulous. Staff was very courteous and helpful! Room was clean!

Cons: My fiancée unfortunately woke up Sunday morning with rashes all over her ankles and they are still spreading up her legs. We spoke to the woman at the front desk and even showed her the rashes and she informed me management would reach out to me later in the day and have yet to receive a call.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The interior design of the room and comfort of the room was extremely enjoyable
Cons: Was sad about the attention to detail with room cleaning. Don’t get me wrong, the overall room cleanliness was good. But there was a sock left on the floor next to the chest of drawers and desk leg. Then in the bathroom behind the table under the sink that had additional towels and the hairdryer there was a facecloth on the floor behind the table
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was right off the interstate. It's within walking distance or short drive to several restaurants and the mall. The hotel all had a Bistro in case you didn't want to leave to get something to eat. I didn't see the dinner menu, but my boyfriend did, and he didn't like the options, so we ate elsewhere. But it's still an option for those who don't want to leave the hotel. The room was nice and clean and met my expectations.
Cons: Everything was fine except the housekeeper knocked on our door at 10am for check out. She didn't appear to speak English. When i told her i was checking out at 11am, she looked at me confused as if she didn't understand or like i was wrong. So I asked what time was check out and she still just looked confused. So i just said I'll check out at 11am and closed my door. But she had also knocked on the visitor door across the hall from me, and the housekeeper was not able to communicate any words to her either. But check out wasn't til 12 noon. But we went ahead and got up and left because our sleep had been interrupted at that point and we were wondering if they had changed the check out time and would possibly charge an extra fee for late check out. So we got dressed and checked out. I also didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast. You have to order breakfast off the menu in the Bistro. But i knew this ahead of time viewing the website.
7.0 Good
Pros: Full length mirror.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: At midnight we had a fire drill. After the fire department came, and left as we stood outside we were not sure if it was cleared to come in. Hotel Staff did not inform us what happened or it was safe to return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: no
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The mattress
Cons: It didn't have a free breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The lobby was pretty and the shower was nice
Cons: Way overpriced ($179 for a King bed and couch) for what you get. The room was tiny. My daughter could barely get in on her side of the bed. Very odd layout. The room also smelled musty and damp. The bed was literally the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The room (walls and ceiling) was covered in black-green mold. A/C unit in room had died. The room was a health hazard.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cleanness and staff
Cons: The last to stays we have had mistake on our bill. The first time it took a couple weeks to fix it. This time I checked it before we left and we had charges on my account that we didn't do. Asked them to fix it before I left and they did but was charged 1 penny for something on my bank account? We love to stay her every year for the regional trap shoot. Stayed here at least 7 times. Never had problems till the last 2.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and inviting. Best pillows ever.
Cons: They need bigger trash cans.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service, spacious, comfortable room.
Cons: We found empty candy wrappers in the bed side table drawer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I did not have the breakfast there. The staff was off the chart helpful. The little thoughtful things that were done were very thoughtful. The darkness was great in the morning with the dark curtains.
Cons: I would not change anything. I do not have anything to change.

6.3 Good
Pros: Nice and clean. Comfy bed. Hot water. Decent furniture
Cons: King suite was Not worth the money. Rate fluctuates. Weird layout. Aggravating thin walls (noisy). Slamming doors (political event). Small TV with crappy remote.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Front desk was very friendly. Rooms nice and clean.
Cons: Didnt get service at the bar so we left and went somewhere else. The bartender was visiting with a customer and didnt acknowledge that we were there. Nor did she notice that we even left.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This Hotel was very nice. An excellent breakfast and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the outdoor space right outside of our room so other guest who were going to the concert could all meet up and hangout. We were able to walk to the concert and back safely which was a big plus. The beds were super comfortable and so convenient to order the excellent food from the restaurant connected to the hotel!
Cons: The Ice machine did not work by our room but I found another and got plenty of ice.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: No trash bags. No bag for Ice chest. I had to find house keeping.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!! Staff was super friendly and very accommodating! The restaurant in the hotel was reasonably priced and the food was excellent!
7.9 Good
Pros: location
Cons: i travel alot and the price for this location is a little steep .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location and cost
Cons: we could not get the air to work properly in our room (#2096) there were 2 different thermostats and it just never got cool to the temperature setting
7.1 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect as the class I was taking was at the hotel.
Cons: The front desk lady was rude and seemed to be in a bad mood from first contact. I showed her my online booking that was for 3 rooms for 1 night. She stated that she only had a booking for 1 room for 1 night. I again showed her my booking and she stated, "I don't know what to tell you". She then gave us the 1 king room and 2 twin rooms which was not what I had booked. Then she stated that she honored the price of the booking. Really? 2 twin rooms for the same price as 2 king rooms? I think I got the short end of the stick. I don't know that I will stay at your hotel again. It's a shame because the hotel is nice and I have 3 trips to little rock in October
1.0 Poor
Pros: It was clean and the housekeeping ladies were extremely kind
Cons: My mother is in a wheelchair and the bathroom door is not big enough to go into the bathroom. We had a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant and it does say “Dine in only” but again my mom is in a wheelchair and it’s hard to get her around. I asked if I could take something back to her and they said no. Paid almost $200 for a room and I couldn’t take her something to eat! When you deal with people there are times to make exceptions, and to top it off the toilet wouldn’t flush.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was the best thing I liked about the hotel.
Cons: The only complaint I had about the hotel was the room itself. The tub was backed up. So if you shower you are standing in a tub of water. The other thing I didn't like about the room was the smell. The carpet can use a good cleaning and deodorizing.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The food was very good also.
Cons: The only thing that I didn't like, was that my room didn't have a microwave, I had a small child with me and she didn't always eat when I ate so I would have to heat up her food later which was a problem because I had to walk to the front desk where the microwave was located in order to do so. Other than that everything else was great!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We arrived really late close to midnight. Check-in went smooth. I asked for a quiet room with online booking and did get one on the 4th floor. I did hear the traffic in the morning, but I wasn't planning g to sleep in anyways. The room was clean and bed and pillows comfortable. I didn't have time for breakfast, but it looked good. Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Hotel had some maintenance work needed down. Hidabed caused er visit when metal from Hidabed frame caused painful injury and mattrses was nasty. Ice maker in room didn't work, food was left in fridge from last person and the pool heaters was turned off so water was to cold to swim.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and the breakfast decent. Room was clean and well appointed.
Cons: I contacted the property prior to arrival to inquire about the pet policy and any additional charges. Upon arriving at midnight, the clerk said there was a $150 charge for dogs. Very poor communication and the entire fee should have been waived as it clearly was a breakdown on the hotel’s end. Most annoying. The next property I stayed at the following night only charge $20 and they couldn’t have been nicer.

Cons: The bed had a musty smell and it was hard for me to get comfortable. I think it was the mattress cover.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved our one-bedroom suite! It was perfect for my two children and me. And I was very impressed with the updated, spacious kitchen area. Although the hotel does not serve breakfast you can purchase such items from them or buy your own...not a big deal since the kitchen and dishes for cooking are included! We also loved the indoor pool and gym. Will stay here again!

Pros: Staff was excellent
Cons: The damn SPOTLIGHT pointed directly into room 202 window!! Then the curtains don't close by design.....literally felt like it was 1pm when in ALL actuality it was 3am
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Room roomy and AC was awesome
Cons: Nothing to comply about a. Was great
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is awful. Used my cell data as your WIFI is slow.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The decor of the hotel and room were stylish, spacious, and comfortable; the staff was accommodating; and the breakfast offered was perfect for a variety of tastes. I was looking for a hotel close to but not in the Downtown Little Rock area that would also have nearby food options and this fit (despite options being somewhat of a drive).
Cons: The area looks to be an older area that is being (re)developed, so the closest food options were a short drive. The only way to get the tv in the living area to work was if the tv in the bedroom was turned on - this wasn't a huge deal but I could imagine it would be annoyance if more than one person was in the room. I didn't alert the hotel about it because it wasn't a big deal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was usual fare, but the room was spacious and the king bed super comfortable. Not a large eating area (right by front desk), but we were up and out early, so not crowded. Front desk friendly enough, but not really super.
Cons: Got there early so had to climb steps to 2nd floor. difficult for us older ones with heavy suitcases.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The night clerk was very friendly.
Cons: Even though the entrance was locked and the desk clerk had to let you in..there were (what looked like homeless) people eating the free breakfast. When my husband and I finished eating and walked outside, they followed us out and started asking for money. We told them no and drove across the street to get gas. They followed us to the gas station and continued asking for money. Obviously someone had let these people into the lobby even though they weren't staying in the hotel.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Refrigerater did not work. Drains had no plugs. Breakfast. Too many things were out. Excuse their remodeling workers left garbage everywhere and too many things to trip on. Pets are like people they get charged to stay as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great!
Cons: N/A

5.8 Okay
Pros: Room and bathroom were clean
Cons: Parking area felt unsafe, furnishings were very outdated and worn out,
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast buffet was wonderful.
Cons: Shower was barely a trickle of water.
6.7 Good
Pros: The property was clean and in a nice location
Cons: The problem I had at this location was that the property manager was rude and pointed his finger in my sisters face when he came to the pool and noticed my nieces and nephews in the pool. I booked for two rooms one of which was a double queen bed and the other a double queen suite with a pull out couch. So total there was 10. My sister was an adult in one room and and I was the other adult in the second room so we had 5 kids at the pool which with the amount of rooms we had was well enough. He continued to pester us because he was upset that we told him that we had enough rooms to have cover the amount of guest in the pool area. The second thing that made me not want to visit this location again was that the maintenance man who was off duty followed me and my sister outside and lingered there for a while and as we were unpacking the kids in the room he knocked on the door to say that my car was unlocked and that I had a lot of things in there that might get stolen. I politely told him that he was creeping my out because he knew what room I was in and also politely told him that my car is keyless and when I walk far enough from it it locks. Also followed up with how he knew what was in my car (was he looking through my windows which are tinted??)). So for the entire stay I was paranoid about that. Other than that the manager who was checking me in when I arrived kept stating things that I was aware of as in how much my room was and how much they charged for incidentals I kept telling him I was just ready to check in and to charge what I owed and he insisted on repeating himself 4 more times. I patiently waited as he swiped my card a total of 6 times stating that the card system was down. So he saw me checking my online banking and he started off to me about checking it. After being checked in he insisted that we wait an extra 15 minutes after it was already 30 min after check in because he wasn’t sure if the rooms were ready so we waited.
