10.0 Excellent
Pros: The comfort of the bed, roomy bathroom with a huge shower.
Cons: My room at this particular Courtyard hotel a/c was loud and never stopped. But it did not interrupt my rest and sleep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The interior design of the room and comfort of the room was extremely enjoyable
Cons: Was sad about the attention to detail with room cleaning. Don’t get me wrong, the overall room cleanliness was good. But there was a sock left on the floor next to the chest of drawers and desk leg. Then in the bathroom behind the table under the sink that had additional towels and the hairdryer there was a facecloth on the floor behind the table
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was right off the interstate. It's within walking distance or short drive to several restaurants and the mall. The hotel all had a Bistro in case you didn't want to leave to get something to eat. I didn't see the dinner menu, but my boyfriend did, and he didn't like the options, so we ate elsewhere. But it's still an option for those who don't want to leave the hotel. The room was nice and clean and met my expectations.
Cons: Everything was fine except the housekeeper knocked on our door at 10am for check out. She didn't appear to speak English. When i told her i was checking out at 11am, she looked at me confused as if she didn't understand or like i was wrong. So I asked what time was check out and she still just looked confused. So i just said I'll check out at 11am and closed my door. But she had also knocked on the visitor door across the hall from me, and the housekeeper was not able to communicate any words to her either. But check out wasn't til 12 noon. But we went ahead and got up and left because our sleep had been interrupted at that point and we were wondering if they had changed the check out time and would possibly charge an extra fee for late check out. So we got dressed and checked out. I also didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast. You have to order breakfast off the menu in the Bistro. But i knew this ahead of time viewing the website.
7.0 Good
Pros: Full length mirror.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: At midnight we had a fire drill. After the fire department came, and left as we stood outside we were not sure if it was cleared to come in. Hotel Staff did not inform us what happened or it was safe to return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: no
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The mattress
Cons: It didn't have a free breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The lobby was pretty and the shower was nice
Cons: Way overpriced ($179 for a King bed and couch) for what you get. The room was tiny. My daughter could barely get in on her side of the bed. Very odd layout. The room also smelled musty and damp. The bed was literally the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The room (walls and ceiling) was covered in black-green mold. A/C unit in room had died. The room was a health hazard.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cleanness and staff
Cons: The last to stays we have had mistake on our bill. The first time it took a couple weeks to fix it. This time I checked it before we left and we had charges on my account that we didn't do. Asked them to fix it before I left and they did but was charged 1 penny for something on my bank account? We love to stay her every year for the regional trap shoot. Stayed here at least 7 times. Never had problems till the last 2.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service, spacious, comfortable room.
Cons: We found empty candy wrappers in the bed side table drawer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I did not have the breakfast there. The staff was off the chart helpful. The little thoughtful things that were done were very thoughtful. The darkness was great in the morning with the dark curtains.
Cons: I would not change anything. I do not have anything to change.

Cons: Nothing!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The basic breakfast was okay
Cons: The guy making omelets was slough-like slow. I could make four or five to his one. I asked for an egg over easy. We had finished breakfast and was walking out of the restaurant when he was bringing it toward our table. It was absolutely swimming in grease.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel had a van that would take you anywhere in town! The would come get you when you called too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was super friendly especially the shuttle staff
Cons: None
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was near to the musical event we were attending.
Cons: I had requested shuttle to the music event when I booked. When I checked in, they assured me shuttle service would be available at 7 pm. We were early6:45) for shuttle. After 2or3 checkings, clerk finally at 7:10 admitted no go. We drove ourselves in unfamiliar streets to the event, parking a couple of blocks away. Then found our way back to the hotel. There was never an apology, an offer only to call a cab, for which we would have waited again. We would not have been as disappointed if the clerk had told us immediately there would be no shuttle service for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Frienly staff clean and convenient
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was good. Breakfast was fairly good.
Cons: The room was okay, not a 3-star hotel and didn't make me think Wyndham. I walked in the bathroom to a long black hair on the wall. Seeing hairs in the bathroom makes me ask how well the rest of the bathroom or room was cleaned. Rather disappointing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was the best thing I liked about the hotel.
Cons: The only complaint I had about the hotel was the room itself. The tub was backed up. So if you shower you are standing in a tub of water. The other thing I didn't like about the room was the smell. The carpet can use a good cleaning and deodorizing.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious - bacon was great - very crispy. The breakfast and MIXX servers were very friendly and courteous. Front desk staff was courteous.
Cons: The MIXX dinner left something to be desired; the pigs in a blanket didn't have much flavor and there was no beer or wine.

Pros: Best breakfast at a hotel this side of the Mississippi. Cleanest rooms and love the entertainment. Hulu Netflix and cable.
Cons: Parking if I had to pick something
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and the breakfast decent. Room was clean and well appointed.
Cons: I contacted the property prior to arrival to inquire about the pet policy and any additional charges. Upon arriving at midnight, the clerk said there was a $150 charge for dogs. Very poor communication and the entire fee should have been waived as it clearly was a breakdown on the hotel’s end. Most annoying. The next property I stayed at the following night only charge $20 and they couldn’t have been nicer.

Cons: The room smelled horrible, like mold. It was a very pugent smell. The bedding & floor felt damp. We did not complain about the room due to the Hotel being so accommodating at check-in. I would've rated it perfect, but I left with major allergy issues.

6.0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is great, just off Highway 67 on McCain Blvd. Quick and easy access to I-40 & I-30 without having to be in Little Rock proper.
Cons: The image associated with the Deluxe King Room doesn't match what the hotel offers. It shows a bed and a couch, but only had a bed. Because of this confusion and the hotel being fully booked, my son had to sleep on the floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was so perfect. Staff was wonderful. I will always stay here when in town. Love it.
4.6 Okay
Cons: The room I chose sleeps 6 guests, but they ran out of blankets for the two rollout couches leaving some of us without blankets. Also, the tact strip by the door had little nails sticking up causing us to cut our feet. For the beginning of our night the air conditioner wasn't working, but later it finally kicked on after we all relocated to the other joining room I purchased. Lastly, someone in another party threw up in the pool, so we only got to swim for 20 minutes.

Pros: The owners of this property take pride in it. I could tell by the cleanliness outside the building, the lot and the room I was in. I got more than I expected for the price. The man that ran the front desk was super pleasant, funny and personable! Several food places and gas stations nearby. Parking lot well lit. There were many truckers parked at adjacent properties and walking to the nearby restaurants, but no issues, loud noise or anything. I was a solo traveler and didn't feel threatened one bit.
