The bed was huge & the staff were so friendly!
I thought the room I booked came with a pool or a shared pool , however the pools only come with the villas - not the hotel rooms

We chose it cos there are very few 4 bedroom with the bed configuration that we needed. Bedroom aircon cool enough. Decent size fridge. Kitchenette was equipped Landscape was nice. Kudos to the gardener for taking pride in his work
1. Bathrooms were disgustingly dirty with mold mildew and filthy shower floor n shower heads. Couldn’t bare to shower there. Had to go to a spa Everyday to shower Sinks n shower choked and overflows One toilet could not flush 2. Breakfast was sub-standard 3. Pool was not clear blue like photo but dark green n had algae around it 4. Wooden gazebo had no mattress and so hard. Electrical in pool n garden kept tripping 5. Wifi doesn’t work in bedroom and the mobile data doesn’t work in bedroom as well !! Badly maintained ,Seems owners live in Australia.

Loved this villa great for a group of people. Pool Was great with lots of tanning space. Aircon in the master room was good just need to shut all the doors to maintain the coolness. The staff were lovely.
