I like how fast the booking and check-in process was

There was a mouse in my room and they would not give me a different room. There are roaches. Are people walking around at all times of night prostituting or selling drugs. The pathway that leads to each room smells like different types of drugs as you watched by the air conditioners.

Nothing it was hell and my girlfriend had to stay out in the cold at night it was one and chilly nights of the summer for no reason at all and she wasn't there when they came but there's no way they could be looking for her because they were they would have had her name and everything

The staff was very rude and my door key kept not working and then they went let my girlfriend get back in the room just because a fake 911 call was made to our room in the first place and she was not allowed back in the room just because of that and she did not cause no problems while she was there and she had to stay out in the cold air night now she's sick was a chest cold and she's very sick and I would like to be reimbursed for that night because no one calls any problems at all and when the cops came they didn't know who they were looking for in the first place so in my opinion they had the wrong room I would like to district manager or the corporate office to be on this matter about this this is one of the worst places I've ever stayed at we should be able to get a refund for that night and free nights at another Motel 6 I would like to be reached by a district manager or corporate manager by my phone number 7 7 0 369-2929 thank you I appreciate your immediate attention on this matter
