Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location and value for price, with several mentioning beautiful views and convenience to attractions. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and the presence of insects. Service is also a major concern, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff and issues at reception. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and a prime location, improvements in cleanliness and service are necessary.
