Great location in Nice near to bars and restaurants. About 10 minute walk to train station . Also the breakfast was very good value for money, lots of choice for breakfast , always being filled when food was on low side. The lady in the restaurant was very helpful and worked very hard keeping everything topped up. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful. Would stay again at this hotel .
Rooms were a bit on small side and air conditioning wasn’t working so rooms were quite hot.
It’s a hidden gem. Alexia very welcoming on arrival. They arranged a little surprise for my partner which was very thoughtful and kind and very much appreciated by both of us.
It was perfect. I never understand negative comments about this hotel. It advertises its facilities correctly and modestly priced, what is there not to like?
Location, friendly staff, breakfast, later checkout than some hotels
Room clean but not really very welcoming. very tired looking corridors carpets doors etc. Danger beyond one door( left ajar meant we could see there was a derelict part of building beyond) and odd spiral staircase to a 2nd floor which is where our room was. Balcony with terrible view of backs of properties and roofs). The image on booking.com website of seafront balcony is not a std room. Only a few of these rooms which were already full so couldn’t move.
room didn't match with my expectations in terms of furniture and smell.
