This is an old motel right on Highway 101 in Newport, Oregon. No new linens or towels during stay. No air conditioning. With the window open, traffic noise all night. The staff were very nice and help...

Pros (+) There was more than just cereal for their free breakfast and the beds were super cozy. Overall it was a great value.
