Pros (+) A last minute decision to stay in Newport. There were no AirBnB's and this was a good option. The room and bathroom were clean.
Cons (-) People parked their SUV's in compact spots. The breakfast was grab N go, and super sugary. Anyone who was using the water you could hear the loud pipes through the walls. Too expensive for this place.
