Pros (+) Checked out little late but they were totally cool with it. Folks working the front desk and cleaning was done very well. For the price, I really can't complain. Close to all the surf spots near Newport.

Pros (+) If you are looking for a clean, decent hotel room close to the beach and attractions but are on a budget, this is a great place to stay. Friendly staff, great location and very clean. Bed was very comfortable too!

Pros (+) Despite the name, the room was clean, bed was soft, they're located just up the hill from Rogue Brewery and a lot of adorable shops on the inner side of the Newport bay, and the beach on the other side. It seems weird to mention but the window opens - something a lot of hotels at this price level have sealed shut. That's great with what nice weather you get most of the year.
Cons (-) The name kind of implies something a lot worse. There was a loud argument between 2 people in one of the adjacent rooms, but, I've had that at pricey hotels, so, not very relevant.

Pros (+) I booked the day we came on Spring BREAK so I was thrilled I got something at all. But the bonus was the family who ran it was cheerful and polite. You could tell by the grouds and rooms they took in pride in their property. The only thing I'd change is the bed, it was a tad squeaky due to the plastic on the box spring. We'd definitely stay again.
