Comfortable, quiet and calm.A lot of oldfashioned charm with helpful staff. Good service in restaurant.
its location and the high standard of the hotel.
I would have liked to check in an hour earlier.
Location was just what I wanted
Meeting friends and enjoying a very nice meal in Chinatown The Dragon House
It's proximity to the city, you couldn't get closer to the shopping and sights if you tried!
The hotel was very basic, it had no atmosphere and looked shabby and in nead of a refit. A distinct lack of luxury swing as it has a 4 star rating!
We enjoyed the extra luxury of staying in a prime location in the city, we got upgraded to the bridal suite and no extra cost whic was fantastic and everyone was polite and very helpful, we would certainly come again and would be happy to recommend the hotel. we also loved the bathroom, the shower was great.
we did not have breakfast as it was rather expensive and all the reviews said it wasnt worth it,
