We loved the pool and the Turkish Bath. The beds and pillows are a dream--best night sleep. Such a lovely wonderful hotel. We can't wait to return!
It was perfect.
Reception, room decor and tea making facility in the room.
Car parking outside the hotel very noisy always large trucks or vans blocking the entrance, the reception area is nice however, the lift delays not great plus as soon as the lift door opens you have fire extinguishers facing you, cover with some art or visual displays. Bathroom cracks and holes need amending — pillows and duvet polyester, which is tacky and very 3-star quality.
From the fact that we could bring the puppy to the bar awesome all around!
Nothing just have later pool hours!
The room was beautiful the toiletries top quality. The dishes and glassware absolutely perfect. The front staff very polite.
The pool staff not kid friendly. The one Male watching the pool kept yelling at my kids about jumping into the pool. Not cool. They weren't diving just jumping in.
Good amenities, extremely clean, fast WiFi. The operations manager - Yolanda is incredibly sweet and welcoming ready to assist with any problem or inquiry.
The reception staff is not well trained and doesn’t know how to approach business travelers. Upon arrival and during my stay I have been treated rather rudely by a receptionist whose name was Natalia which I attribute to lack of experience and proper training.
