Clean excellent customer service
Room too warm
My room was particularly quiet! I had a room on the back side of the hotel, against an alley and I couldn't hear street noise. It was terrific!
I don't have any complaints really. I guess the shower head could have been different. The spray was very wide at my height so I had to try to angle it down a bit more so that it was a bit more dense at the height it hit me.
Very helpful and friendly staff; clean, comfortable room; location perfect for us. We weren't happy with the room initially allocated to us - I had emailed in advance to ask for a top floor room and that's what we got on check-in, but unfortunately as soon as we went in, we could hear noise from next door. We asked for a room change and were immediately switched to a lovely, quiet room where we were totally undisturbed. There was a very nice continental breakfast provided, free coffee available all day and happy hour - all included in the price. We thought it was excellent value and thoroughly recommend it!
Location, cute, nice staff, wine/cheese hour in lobby, breakfast!
Loved the staff and the wine and cheese hour. Location very convenient!
