Great location, close to everything. Nice view from higher floors. Large, comfortable room. Liked that windows can be cracked open a bit for fresh air. Elevators never crowded and very fast.
Rooms and bathrooms are a bit dated, although functional and comfortable. Just expected a more luxurious experience. Breakfast restaurant very expensive.

Location is perfect!great walking access to most attractions!rooms are comfortable (bathroom is abit awkwardly designed) but overall good experience.
The location is good, Central Park and Times Square are both in walking distance. The interior of the hotel is palatial, with high ceilings and mirrors it has a welcoming feeling of grandeur about it.
As seems to be the norm when I book a room in the US, the room I booked was not available when we got there, however we were upgraded and then I happily took a downgrade for a better view - which I hope they charged me less for, not sure.
Lovely, beautiful and comfortable hotel. But drinks in the bar were outrageously expensive. One Aperol Spritz was $27. Really???
