I liked the bar area especially for a light quiet breakfast.
I thought my room was disappointing and small. There was no place to sit other than a desk chair with poor lighting. My friend's room was bigger and had a proper chair to read. We booked at the same time and paid the same price
I loved the location. Most of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
Some concierge staffs weren't so friendly.
The location, lobby, restaurants, gym and beauty establishments in the basement were all great.
The rooms are more dated than they appear in the photos and the front desk person that checked me in gave me a bit of attitude when I asked for early check-in (shouldn't hurt to ask, right?). However, the bellhops were all very nice.
Location and cleanliness.
Airconditioning not very responsive. TV remote control unsophisticated - had to trawl through channels to find programmes (no guide). No kettle or facility to make your own coffe and tea in the room. No fridge, no water.
Great location, nice bed and mattress, great size of room.
The room didn't have mini bar, slippers, closed wardrobe and bathroom amenities! The furnishind was old and overused. Also, we could not understand how clean it was (if it was), as the room was dark with bad yellow lighting. Of course it does not worth the 300$ per night for a single room. The hotel also preauthorized an extra amount of 100$ per day as guarantee, something that it was not mentioned neither on the booking voucher nor on the fine print of the hotel's descreption.
