Location was fine, would have been nice if there was more than one machine for coffee and hot water, other milk alternatives and further food options.
Loved the staff
Bedroom too small. There is no way a couple could have fit. The double bed filled up the whole room.
I loved how convenient the location is, it’s easily within walking distance of everything we could possibly need. The front of the location had a cute patio area and graffiti that made it pop. It’s super close to bars, restaurants and club. Easily within walking distance to everything. The staff was excellent, there was always someone at the front desk to greet us or to ask questions if we needed anything. It’s very quiet in the hotel, no guests at least while we were staying there were noisy. House keeping cleaned daily and we always had fresh towels, clean sheets and amenities. I did love that they offer breakfast from 7-9. It’s obviously not an amazing breakfast but it’s cute and thoughtful.
Only thing I didn’t like about the property was how small the room was. Granted, it did sleep two people on the room but it was VERY tight. There is absolutely no room around the bed, the closet space was very small and the counter space- zero. Personally this place would be 5 stars for me if 1. The rooms and bathrooms were bigger. And 2. The price was NOT AT ALL worth it. If the price was lower which it very much should be it would be over the top. I definitely would recommend this place for convenience but not for the room space because there is none. The bed itself wasn’t very comfortable but that’s just how it is when you travel most places. I should of taken actual pictures of the inside of the room so you guys could see how small it was. For the price it was just way out of range for what they should charge to sleep in an actual closet size room.
Great location and views from the balcony
Cleaning staff ate food from our room, when we complained we were told that would be "impossible" and we were never given an update on what happened
Staff were fantastic as was the location.
The room was shockingly small and the street noise was bad even for New York. Needs double glazing.
