Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to public transportation and key city attractions. The service and staff were frequently described as friendly and accommodating, which enhanced the overall experience for many visitors. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty bedding, unclean rooms, and poorly maintained common areas. Breakfast offerings were generally considered basic and repetitive, and room sizes were often described as small and cramped. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and service stood out for most guests.
