The hotel is really beautiful and the design fits with NY city. And the location is good as it is close to the subway, google and another stores and restaurants
My door locker was broken for someone else trying to get inside my room during the night. I was alone and sleeping and after this I was concerned about my security inside the room.
Great Location, Great style (Deco), very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend for the money value.
Lobby gets 'messy' late evening, due to the club. Some weird drunk people roaming around. Also I could hear the club from the 9th floor when I woke up at night, not too bad though.
Good location with plenty of bars restaurants in walking distance.
The upstairs bar had a line as early as 5pm as a guest I felt that we should have been able to bypass the line
You had to pay for everything your room came with all these snacks and drinks but you couldn’t touch any cause they were over priced then why have them in the room then we had to at least spend 150 to get in the rooftop bar what Bull worst experience at a hotel won’t recommend it’s just a cash grab an a excuse for a high quality hotel
Front desk girl was awful and security at lobby lounge and PhD were very rude!!!
The staff and had problem checking in
