Pros (+) Location, lock on your door, you get exactly what you pay for. The room doesn't have a sound proof ceiling. You will hear everything, exactly like a hostel. I paid for the location and the lock on my door.
Cons (-) bed was on the short side, and a little lumpy. I am 5'10 and I would presume if I was 6 feet tall or 6 feet 2 inches I might not have been able to fit comfortably on the bed and sleep well.
