Fantastic location. The view from the lobby and rooms cannot be beat (I had a view of the Quarter & Mississippi River). Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms.
The hotel is undergoing renovations in some areas. I could hear the renovations in my room (though muffled). Throughout the day in the lobby, the work was quite loud. It distracted from the view and stay. The lobby needs an update - tiered seating?
The location and bed were awesome
The floor and bathroom were a little dirty upon entrance. There wasn’t a fridge in our room? I had never been in a hotel without one. Also you have to pay for pool use and parking
Bellhops and valet personnel were great!!!
Called to exchange pillows (I’m allergic to them, Asthma) the woman who answered phone was rude and sarcastic! Foam pillows never showed and when my husband called back lady on phone was surprised they were not there yet. Few minutes later the pillows were delivered!
The room as well as the bed was very comfortable
$50 parking and the water was shutoff from construction. Not able to shower or flush toilet. Sucked!
