The blankets. For the cost our room was very tucked away. The cost of parking while already paying a higher rate was insane.
Zaria at checking was very helpful and pleasent!
Hard to change reservation
we really liked our cleaning person, she was very accommodating to us and our schedule and needs.
Im pretty sure when I booked the room it did not mention that we would have to pay for the gym which is also open to the public. Im very upset with this and am going to check my original reservation to see if we should be refunded. The check in took a long time due to a long line and the girl was very nice, she took both our credit card numbers and said she could split our bill 2 nights each but when i went to check out it was all on one check. So I had to wait again so they could fix it so we could get reimbursed from our employer. I added my coworkers name online prior to arrival and when we got there it was not under both our names. We asked for late checkout and they said ok via phone but of course it was not on there when I went to check out. We loved the lobby bar, the waitresses friday and saturday night were great but sunday night the girl was rude and slow. I like to stay at Hiltons which we do for work conferences alot but I may switch to another hotel chain like Marriott for the next one.
