Cons (-) First off, I'm not a picky traveler. This is the first time I've ever been compelled to leave a negative review in my life. Arranged for an airport pickup - driver never showed up. Hot water didn't work. None of the electrical sockets worked. Front desk staff do not understand English and are unhelpful - more interested in texting on their phones.
