Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, unhelpful service, and misleading room photos. Many found the rooms dirty, old, and not matching online descriptions, with issues like lack of towels, broken facilities, and uncooperative staff. However, several guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near transportation and found it suitable for solo travelers or those prioritizing location. A few positive reviews mentioned friendly staff and comfortable rooms, but these were outweighed by the negative experiences.
