Cons (-) The staff remembers me every year and treats me like family. This is always such a pleasant reunion.
Pros (+) The room was nice but smelled of smoke.
Cons (-) I did not like the fact that our room key would not work several times causing us to back down to the lobby to have it re-coded. You cannot access guest floors via the elevator without your room key.
