Cons (-) Cleanliness, and how they walked in my room while my 15 year old daughter was in the bathroom and then left the room door open. But I guess u get what u pay for. We only were in the room to sleep that was all and to get changed and proceed with daily activities.

Pros (+) There wasnt a thing that we asked for that they couldn't provide. They sometimes even went out of their way to make sure you had what you needed to enjoy your stay. I was supposed to leave a day earlier but enjoyed this place so much I added an extra day. They are great at giving directions, recommending places, and making you feel Like a true guest! The rooms are very clean and have a mini fridge...

Pros (+) EVERYTHING WAS O.K. EXCEPT.......SOMEBODY TOOK THEIR DOG IN THEIR ROOM AND THAT DOG WAS BARKING ALL WEEKEND!!!!!!! I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AND THE STAFF DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.!!!!!

Cons (-) We did not like that the staff did not clean our room during our stay. They kept giving us the run around about why they did not clean the room. There was no reason they didnt clean the room. We will never come back to this hotel and would not recommend to anyone else.
