Pros: I was treated like a thief because I didn't want to accept made up charges.

Pros: Was a wonderful stay. Hotel extremely clean and excellent location and facilities next to the beach with a dedicated lift for guests. staff very helpful also.

Cons: payed for a superior double room.the room we got was jn old block poor decore and drains smell all the time.complained at reception nothing done.this was our second visit here this year first visit was o'k' but this experiance will make it the last.

Cons: coffee and bacon at breakfast very poor. Dinner menu did not change for the 8 days we stayed.

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic but we only had smoked salmon on Monday, I was looking forward to having every morning

Cons: The smoke from cigarettes is drawn into the bedroom from next door balcony, walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the next room

Pros: Elevator ride to wonderful beach. View from lush grounds incomparable.

Pros: Really nice to have choice to go to beach or just sit by pool on the grass. We went parasailing and sat by pool or read book on balcony. Good location.

Pros: Very close to beach, so easily go there. Room is clean and bathroom is spacious. Good hotel with given budget.

Pros: super cliff-top location overlooking the ocean. Very extensive breakfast with options to eat indoors or outdoors.

Pros: Everything. It’s one of those ‘exactly what it says on the tin’ kind of places. If there are photos produced by the hotel, they’re genuine. Yes! All those restaurants. Yes! All those facilities. Yes! The rooms really look like that.

Cons: For the first time in very many visits I was ‘interrupted’! A quite inconveniently timed phone call checking all was well with the room and someone, on a separate occasion, knocking on the door with the usual ‘how did we do’ survey that they usually slip under the door. Not really problems but not expected and not really necessary. On my own, another country, no spy hole, no chain on the door and no reason for anyone to be knocking. Just a bit disconcerting.

Pros: The hotel is meticulously clean with friendly and welcoming staff. The location couldn’t have been any better, right in the heart of the town. Nevertheless, the hotel offers a number of opportunities to find a quite spot and relax, so peaceful with amazing views.

Cons: We had the worst location for a room - shouldn't even be offered. Right above an alley-way outside a pub - late night noise + 5:30 am deliveries. Also two twin beds shoved together doesn't make a double bed.

Pros: Lovely small hotel perfectly located for sea and restaurants. Very friendly helpful staff. Super room with terrace. Generous breakfast. Parking on site.

Pros: very friendly staff, hotel is close to tourist-area (with lot of restaurants and bars). Could be good if you like it (I didn’t)

Cons: room (116) had no view (only open to inner courtyard), bathroom looked old and a little shabby (have seen better days). And did not have toilet-brush. Elevator to parking-area very small (I had a Seat Ateca – total on the limit). Room for 100€ way to expensive

Pros: The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely, the breakfast is good and the room is excellent, spacious and good lighting

Cons: Entertainment was like something from Benidorm. Rooms so dated and hickey. Towels were all handtowels and threadbare. Couldn't dry myself with them. Dinner was awful.

Pros: Apartments were very clean and garden area was gorgeous. Overall very nice place and enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Wasn't easy to get to centre, no taxis and took 20-25mins to walk. When we arrived we could not find reception as it was closed. Lucky to meet a couple who told us to collect our key from a neighbouring hotel. Wish they would have emailed us about this beforehand as we were lost for a long time not knowing where to go. Had to buy our own toilet paper as it was not restocked.

Pros: Excellent location, right by supermarket and handy for getting into the centre of Nerja, either walking or by car. Easy also to reach motorway to drive elsewhere in region.
