Beautiful interior with a great fireplace, nice bar and open area.
It is expensive and the parking is murder. ON the weekend you can park at the post office parking otherwise you have to bite the bullet and pay for valet which adds additional cost.
Location and architecture. Service and respectfulness of the staff was perfect.
Decorations throughout the hotel were modern and didn’t match the architecture which lessened the beauty of such a magnificent building. It was music city decor, but all modern and it just took away from what could have been a step back in time, amazing and rich experience. Also, for the price the rooms were tiny and they nickel and dime you for everything like $6.50 if you drink a bottle of the water they leave in the room, no creamer for the coffee they actually did provide. I just expected more.
The lobby and character. The valet guy on Friday 8-16 was great. He was very kind and helpful
There was dirty underwear on our bathroom floor. For the price of the room we expected more.
