Pros (+) Location was good to Naples and Everglades; desk clerk was friendly; room was clean and quiet.
Cons (-) For the price the room was humble - ex: small in size, older furnishings - the type of motel for which we would pay here locally 1/3 of the cost.

Pros (+) This quaint little place is awesome! Stayed for over a week, so close to the beach, downtown, walk to restaurants,Starbucks across the street, clean pool, king bed was soooo comfortable, i had fridge and microwave oven, they have kitchenettes too just perfect for what I needed, owners and staff very nice! Will book here again fist chance I get!!
