Pros (+) Staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. A pleasant surprise was the offer of prosecco when we checked in in late afternoon. Perfect! Dining services was way beyond the continental breakfast we were expecting. Cooked to order food for breakfast, lunch, happy hour (great deal!) and dinner was a great option after a long and busy day. Our room was spacious and quiet. Checkin (by phone) was quick,...
Cons (-) Didn’t see the table with newspapers until our third day. A small sign indicating that they were on a table in the corridor would have been helpful. Music piped in near elevators unnecessary and a bit annoying. Wouldn’t want to stay in a room near it.
