Rooms were big , clean with comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Location was great with nice view of the River. Breakfast was good but expensive with outdoor heaters making it a pleasant comfortable experience. We were never told about the 33/ day resort fee until we were checking out. Cons (-) Price gouging at the bar. $50 for a glass of wine and a gin and tonic is outrageous. Bathroom in room was dated and dirty. Room itself was a bit dated. No complimentary water in the room....ridiculous when paying $300 a night. But it is like Napa....a tourist trap bent on taking your money. Not impressed.

Pros (+) Hotel location is very good close to downtown riverfront and a quick walk to the oxbow market. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Nightly free wine tasting. They had smores kits available at the fire pit at no charge which was nice treat.
Cons (-) I thought the shower was not hot enough and wish it was more high pressure
