Cons (-) We could have been given the room that we paid for. Which was 2 king size beds. Not a really poor quality fold out sofa bed. My 2 kids had to sleep with me in one king.

Pros (+) The terrace on the 2nd floor was fantastic. Front desk Staff was friendly and helpful. Welcome glass of wine was a nice touch. Free parking. Good location in downtown Napa, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms.

Cons (-) AC in our room was broken/sounded like a truck. Couldn't sleep, which was very frustrating, especially considering the price. The manager was great and credited back some of the nightly rate. Great that managers are empowered to assist patrons on the spot.

Cons (-) Bathroom slider style door doesn't afford any privacy. Street rooms are very loud making it impossible to leave slider door open to enjoy the crisp Napa air. Inconvenient self parking, no real self park entrance to lobby for check in.
