Pros:There was nothing about this place that was likable!! This was the place that drugs could be found in your room let alone in the next room or next floor! Homeless ppl were breaking in and staying in the rooms and the man at the front desk knew all about it too! The housekeeper that lives on site knew about it as well!
Cons:Every room was gross and dirty! We found drugs, needle caps, broken glass drug pipes, pipe scrapers, spoons for cooking and shooting drugs up, clothing, personal bathroom items and dead bugs!!! The curtains were broken and falling down, the beds had been slept in and had dirt all over the sheets let alone my sister had fecal matter(a large chunk) and a large black grease stain on the pillow case from the bed she was going to sleep in!! There was no heat! No towels, wash clothes or hand towels. The pool looked like green jello! The original room we booked into had someone in, when we used the key we had to push ourselves in, that man came running to the door pulling his clothes on then grabbed his stuff and ran around the building and left before anyone could see him let alone find him or call the police on him! The front desk man changed our room, before we even went into the room you could see that the door had been busted down/into! There was no real lock on the door, we had to put a chair in front of the door. It would have not really done any good due to the fact that the frame was not replaced and the only lock was on the door knob. You could actually smell the drugs that had been smoked in that room! We couldn't even leave anything in the room due to the thought someone might break in through the balcony and steal our belongings. Everything about this place was horrible, horrific and down right disgusting!!! DO NOT EVERY GO OR BOOK HERE ITS DRUGS AND HOMELESSNESS!!!!

Cons:outdated, unfriendly rooms, unsafe electrical/tv cabling hanging off the wall, outside lamp hanging off the wall, air conditioner in pieces laying around on balcony, whole environment not taken care of - would not recommend it

Cons:Parking lot is a block away. BED BUGS. The place is so cheap that it allows a bunch of unsavory people to stay. I could hear the couple next door snorting lines of coke and smoking weed. Floor was so dirty I never took my socks off. I brought my own blankets and was really glad I did. I took off the nasty comforter and slept on top of the sheets. The balcony has broke chairs and cigarette butts. Owners should set fire to this place and try again.

Pros:I liked that the cockroaches that are run around the place are super friendly and make us feel at home.
Cons:You're better off stabbing yourself in the leg daily and staying in the ER every night than staying here. I almost got attacked by a pidgeon that has made a home in one of the stairways.

Cons:Room wasn't ready. Lights didn't work. Tv was unplugged, cold water only, very outdated, looked trashy because furniture in room was scratched and messed up.

Cons:The parking was 2 blocks away. The overall condition of the hotel was bad. Old furniture. water damage on the back wall of room so probably mold. Also seen a few giant roaches. Its not vintage just ran down.
Pros:it was ocean front... that's about the only plus side
Cons:Horribly nasty rooms. My carpet was mysteriously wet the entire time, the appliances are an eye sore, staff doesn't have a dress code, so I thought room service was some thug breaking into my room. Parking looks like an auto salvage lot, and I thought the entire time I was there I'd have someone break into my car. I didn't feel safe at all there. The door to my room didn't even have weather stripping so I had to run the oven fan to drown out noise from the parking lot and street. I'll never stay there again. It looked like the bed sheets and pillow cases had never been washed either.
