I did not like much
The staff was rude on several occasions. We requested a roll away bed at booking, then were told that they were against fire code. I saw another couple place the request and were granted a roll away. We called down to the front desk to request towels that weren’t put in there and I had to go get them because “no one was available to bring them.” We didn’t have a shower curtain and had to call to get one, we had to put it on ourselves! We were told breakfast was served till 10 and then went at 930 and a lady was putting everything away. The woman became very rude, saying “check the website, breakfast is over.” Checked with the front desk and they attempted to pull up hours that had “recently changed.” They were unable to locate the hours on he website and provided a $50 refund. Went to check out and then was told that they couldn’t give a refund because I booked through Expedia. We booked through Kayak, not Expedia! Lies after lies so they didn’t have to work.
3 star hotel
I visited this past weeked and overall the stay was decent. The check in receptionist was polite and friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of food choices. Location is great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area, boardwalk is a 15 minute drive away. Plenty of parking. Hrounds well kept.
The room was clean except for the bathtub. There were strands of hair (not belonging to me) that were in the bathtub. The refrigerator made a buzzing noise. I had to unplug it at night in order to get some shut eye. There were drunk and annoying college aged kids that were so loud that they woke up everyone on the floor. Small pool
Big comfortable rooms and breakfast
Price. $200 a night. But I know they were right in line with all other hotels.
Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. There was ample parking.
Pool was very small, and still had a few bugs in it right after it had been cleaned for the morning. Our a/c kept making a loud vibrating noise. The continental breakfast (which was free, so that's nice) was not very good. Everything looked like it was frozen manufactured/processed food (eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc.) The breakfast area was very small/crammed. Hard to move around.
