Great location, 10 min walk to the main square. Really nice reception and bar/dining area. Room was small but nice, clean and comfortable. Close to the main train station.
I got given a single bed rather than the double that I paid for. I did enquire about it after realising and they said I could move but at that point I was already settled in so didn't bother moving. So just check they've given you the corrert room before unpacking. The room I was put into had a larger disabled shower which was fine, however the shower leaked a lot and the water would slowly trickle into the room. So when I showered I had to mop up the entire bathroom floor. There was a long wait on check out due to everyone coming to check out at once. Can't control the heating in the room. Walls are quite thin, can hear everything in the hallway.
center location, had a room with good view overlooking on old city, nice linens and matress, friendly personel.
queue on checkout on 11, because of all reception persons attended in long check-in procedures( in morning!) - maybe split queue on checkin/checkout(or automated checkout) will be good idea for such cases. checkout itself was very quick(3-5 seconds)
I recently discovered this hotel chain. I really liked the huge area near the reception, where you can always schedule a business meeting. Beautiful fashionable lobby interior, TV screen with a burning fire, reasonable price, excellent breakfasts. I have stayed at three different hotels in this series, but the location of this is the best. In walking distance the center of the old city. The room is cozy because of the blazing bonfire on the TV screen. Well, the hotel is friendly with travelers with dogs! it's cute! And you know what, be sure to go to the cafe with cakes directly opposite the hotel - it is very very tasty!
In winter it was a bit cold in the room. And it would be nice to have a kettle for tea.
Awesome location, fantastic hotel with an awesome bar to relax and play cards after a long day exploring. The staff were exceptional and always went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and enjoyed our stay. Right in the heart of all the action and easy access to the central train station. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
The property is an excellent location in Munich. just 5-7 minutes from the main regional metro station. From the property you can basically walk from there towards Marienplats, the main shopping streets and beer garden. If you love walking and discovering the city this location is perfect especially during the winter. :)
It's a motel so kettle and hot water, tea isn't there. but you can always walk towards the nearest grocery inside the gasoline station to buy which 1-2minutes walk from the property.
