The hotel was very close to the underground train station, and very near an awesome mall that lead to the Glockenspeil.
The bedspreads (doonas) were 'individual' (on a large double bed). One was the size of a cot doona (several feet short). The pillows were extremely flat. The bathroom was very basic & the soap dispenser in the shower was out of liquid. We had to swap it with the hand basin dispenser. This wasnt checked when teh room was serviced either.
Location. Within 10 minutes walking distance to Marienplatz
Hardly room to turn around, room very small, shower totally open to bath and water everywhere. Staff was less than helpful and, when we inquired about the possibility of extending our stay (before we actually saw our room), they doubled the price we were quoted. Web site says hardwood or parquet floors, turns out to be scratched and broken vinyl strips. Certainly not as advertised. Other than location, this place has little to offer.
The hotel was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in, and you should not list it anymore. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet ancient, stained with urine and feces. The shower curtain was disgusting, covered in dirt and rust. The room was bare, with no phone or closed wardrobe, and no amenities whatsoever. The lights didn't work, except that the bathroom light flickered off and on all night. It was a horror show and we paid over €350 for two nights.
Good location and nice staff
It is very close from the city, just few minutes walk. Staff very friendly I would stay agin!
No breakfast! Maybe could provide a ticket for the nearest cafe at the corner for extra value in the rate. Rooms are quiet tight. I booked for twin bed and ended up with 2 twin beds but together not comfortable when you travel with siblings or friends. Somehow we managed
