Hotel Concorde München

- The room was clean - The air conditioning worked well - Some of the staff were friendly - The shower was good - The location wasn't bad - It was relatively quiet

- Some of the staff were less than friendly. I think some of them (particularly those who did the breakfasts) were simply unbelievably stressed as they were overwhelmed by the amount of people in the very small breakfast area. On one occasion I asked one of the breakfast staff a question and she was very rude and abrupt with me. Again, probably because she was stressed but I was quite taken aback. - The first morning we went down to breakfast, the breakfast area was completely full so the staff put us on a tiny coffee table in the cramped reception area. We felt completely in the way. - The breakfast is very poor for vegetarians and there was no de-caff coffee or soya milk. We gave up going down to breakfast in the end as a slice of bread and a glass of juice just wasn't worth the effort of going down for. - The bathroom is tiny (imagine a toilet on a train and that will give you some idea of the size) & despite us both being average sized and height people, we kept bashing our elbows on the door as we walked in and out. - There was very little storage space so aside from hanging up clothes in the wardrobe, we had to leave everything else in our cases open either side of the bed. - No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.. - Very expensive for what it is but I have no idea why.

Location is top! Very central and calm

Really small rooms,, and small bathrooms. The first room we got had a 140 cm bed. Really small. You can hardly move. No possibilty to stay relax in your room except for sleeping. No bar or restaurant. I do not recommend the italian nearby. The staff hardly say goodmorning... but top location!

Wifi was very Bad
