Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central and quiet location, making it easy to access the city center, English Garden, and public transport. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as varied and tasty. Cleanliness was generally rated highly, with rooms and bathrooms often described as spotless. Several reviews noted spacious rooms, especially family and superior rooms. However, a recurring negative was the lack of air conditioning, making rooms hot during summer, and some guests mentioned issues with room size accuracy, uncomfortable beds, or minor maintenance concerns. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and many guests would return.
