The bed is the single room was 1.40m wide, placed against the wall and had very nice cotton sheets. The rroom was recently renovated.
The rooms are clean, comfortable even not quite large roome size.
Good and clean bathroom, clean bed, fresh towels and an okay city view. No-smoking room really had no sign at all of smoke, which is not always the case, so that was good. Corridors and elevators were also clean and tidy.
Out-dated wifi system which didn't work on my iphone. I had to use the connection at a friend's hotel instead. We wanted to use the wifi for planning our daily tours, so lacking this was a huge drawback. No fridge in the room (not even a minibar). No in-room safe, something that is more and more common in the rest of Europe atleast. Very slow connection for the lobby guest computers.
The hotel staff were wonderful, both courteous and professional. When I thought there might be a problem with the heater in my room, they did not hesitate to prepare to move me. Luckily, the heater was fine; I just hadn't turned it up high enough for it to turn on. The hotel room was clean enough, spartan, but cozy and safe. Additionally, when my circumstances dictated a change in the length of my reservation, they were kind and accomodating.
The cleanliness of the room, while acceptable, could have been better. I was unfortunate enough to find a hair or two on one of the pillows when I arrived. Given the cleanliness of the rest of the room, I took this for a fluke. The breakfast also could have been improved.
the location was perfect, near the Oktoberfest and few minutes from the centre of the city and the station.
5 minute walk from the train station, easy to find, good breakfast, helpful staff who spoke very good english.
The website stated there was a bar in the hotel, there wasn't one, but there were several places close by.
It was in an excellent location for the train station and other local amenities. Only a few minutes walk to Oktoberfest and also close to Augustinerkeller. We had a pleasant stay.
The atlas city was pefectly located for our visit to the oktoberfest, situated only ten minutes walk away.
staff could not of been more friendly or helpful would recommend
