Pros: Reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams great and nice! Cleanliness in room is good !

Cons: Pool area missing sunshades especially around kids pool (none). Pool staff and some others from different department regrouped at the pool bar were not very concerned about guests. Smoking (!!!), playing with phone and getting annoyed when guests have questions or requesting a little bit of service. Main pool missing a protective grill on suction point under water. Could be very dangerous indeed.

Pros: Room design is not totally outstanding but looks modern and beautiful. Clean beach, great view from the balcony. Extremely spacious room with full of equipment. Staff were very kind and helpful, I was almost late for my flight and the receptionist had helped me a lot so I can get to the airport on time. A good recommendation for someone who is traveling with family.

Pros: Very large beds! So comfortable! Very kid friendly. Large pools and playground too. Also golf carts to take you around.

Cons: Breakfast buffet was so so. It’s a bit of a gated community feel. It’s huge so you feel like an ant in a giant city. Don’t feel like you’re “with the locals” and also hard to have a personalized experience.

Pros: Like the privacy, the spacious room, the facilities on the resort, ease of access to restaurant, pool and spa. Room service and room cleaning staff are thorough. The location is good. Friendly staff.

Cons: Pool towels and sun chair covers were not in good condition and some sunchairs were broken. Food and smoothies were good, but not consistenly so. Not everyone would mind that the wifi is very weak and keeps disconnecting every so often.

Pros: Great pool Beach over the road was great and had very good facilities

Cons: Didn’t have washing machine which was odd for a two bedroom apartment Also didn’t have any cutlery or crockery in the kitchen Rooms felt quite stark and cold

Pros: The condo is super nice and would have been fine if not for construction. The beach has great waves for bodysurfing and a good bar. The staff was very nice especially the waitors at the beach bar and the bell man. They tried to provide good service but construction deception was unacceptable and we should have received compensation.

Cons: There is construction directly in front of the condo, block B, that partially obstructs beach view because of crane. Construction noise from early morning until 8 pm. They don't show the crane or construction in booking photos. Other rooms offered lacked large sofa and tv in rooms. Bring ear plugs. The pool was shallow and unappealing. The front desk staff at check in had horrible body odor. The security bothered us while we drank beer on beach after 10 pm despite showing our bracelets.

Pros: The staffs are so helpful and very sweet. They help us a lot and gave us a perfect stay in mui ne. The rooms are clean and incredibly huge. Perfect place for vacation where makes you feel like home. Great breakfast, perfect staffs, worth every penny.

Pros: A lot of great features. The setting is beautiful. The apartment was lovely with easy access to the beach and fabulous swimming pool. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We had a great time.

Cons: Not much ! The Xmas Eve barbeque dinner was overpriced. And the massage treatments were amateur and the oils were not pleasant (we thought there was a spa area but the masseuses came to the apartment so there wasn't even a massage table).

Pros: Large and well furnitured villa with plenty of space. Very nice bar. Excellent breakfast

Pros: My partner and I took our three dogs to FMV for a few nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful stay. People in Vietnam are often scared of dogs, but the staff was great with the pets, and the villas have plenty of space for them to run around. The highlight was letting the trio play on the beach, which the hotel cleans every day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pet vacation.

Cons: Nothing of note. The fence around our villa had a couple of gaps in it that our small dogs could fit through, but they were easily blocked.

Pros: Full Moon Village is an amazing place, perfect for a total relaxation. The villas are beautiful, comfortable and clean. The food in the resort is great and the whole staff is super friendly sand always smiling. The resort is in a great location too. It's couple kilometers from Mui Ne city so it's quite, but close enough to get there for a dinner or some drinks.

Pros: Beautiful location, incredible long beach, wonderful staff, great value for money and so relaxing!

Pros: Spacious, good food in the restaurant but breakfast is simple, private beach

Cons: Too many mosquitoes, not so clean the bedsheet

Cons: Smell smoke( cigarette) in the main bedroom first 2days. Bread and yogurt was not fresh sometimes but over all breakfast buffet s good.

Cons: There is just no direct beach access as it seems to be at booking.com. However, the hotel is direct at the coast line and provides a very beautiful view.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and super friendly! The pool area is small but nice, clean and gets lots of sun. Breakfast was OK - it did the trick. Breakfast area is nice though right on the road so a little noisy. Bathroom has its own shower which is nice but it does have a small hot water tank. Room was clean

Cons: Bed was pretty stiff making it hard to sleep. Also, and we knew this before booking but there is no beach access from this hotel, though it is right on the water. A little ways out of the hustle and bustle but by scooter it is only 5-7 minutes. Rooms are a tad outdated

Pros: The pool and the beach are lovely. Be aware when you book that there are rooms on the water and room across the road. We were across the road which was fine for us. Breakfast buffet was large but not really to our liking. There are many good restaurants nearby as well as your providers and spas. Rooms were comfort but did have huge windows into the hallway so you had to be careful that curtains are closed.

Cons: The main drawback for us was that this hotel and pretty much the whole area caters to a Russian population.

Pros: The hotel was really lovely, with helpful and friendly staff. It's clean and the breakfast was good with loads of choice. There are two pools which were also great, with poolside bars and plenty of loungers. We never had to wait for a seat. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. The security guys hold the traffic for you to cross the road between the two sections of the hotel which can be helpful if you're not used to Vietnamese traffic!

Cons: The location street-side was good, with lots of bars, shops and cafes very close by, that you would expect from a beachy location like this one, however the hotel's section of beach wasn't great. Due to sand erosion the beach itself was very short with little sand, and there are big sandbags trying to reduce the erosion which aren't pretty. Of course, this is absoultely not the hotel's fault, but if you are looking for a more picturesque beach for your hotel you'd need to go further west. My one quibble with the hotel was when we booked a tour with them to take in the main sights of Mui Ne, incuding the sand dunes and the fairy stream. I would assume that when you buy a tour taking you to different locations that that price includes entry to the places you are going to see. However, for two out of the four sights we had to buy entrance tickets on top of the price of the tour, which was a bit of an unpleasant surprise. This also meant that we didn't actually see the white sand dunes as we were taken to a part of it where we had to pay 400 000 each to be taken up a dune on a quad bike, which we didn't want to do. We would have preferred a part of the dunes where we could wander freely, and whats more, that price was basically what we had paid for the whole tour. This was misleading and should be improved.

Pros: Great swimming pool and good location. Very clean hotel.

Cons: Basic enough rooms, blocked off door connecting to the room beside you so you could hear the people next door very clearly!

Pros: Near the major place with lots of other resorts. The pool is good, easy to get to the beach from the garden.

Cons: Some of the rooms are near the major street, it’s soool very noisy at night. We could barely have full night sleep.

Pros: The room is spacious, clean, and well decorated. I like the walking path full of greens and the tranquillity belong to it. For what I paid, ~$35 -40 per night for a big ocean view double room, it was excellent.

Cons: I cant find a pharmacy nearby, must travel far to buy medicine. In Ham Tien area, there are only small Oriental medicine station, like palm, oil, but no Advils or NyQuil. So sad.

Pros: We got upgraded to a villa which was awesome! Really spacious room and the beds were great. Bathroom was okay. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Lots of things to choose from and a chef making fresh omelets and eggs. Location is good, close to the beach and on the main road so can be reached easily. We rented motorbikes for a day, which was arranged by hotel staff. Great service!

Cons: Location is hillside not beach side. Not a big deal, but know this going in. Breakfast could be a little longer. We got a 9am call to rush to a 930 almost empty breakfast that we thought was open til 10am
