Cons (-) Poor staff, air con didn't work and no action taken!! Rooms, smelly and dirty..
Cons (-) Loud party on our floor, lasting late and concluding with cleaning out the beer bottles at 7 am. Only guessing but allowing smoking in some rooms may help bring the party crowd.

Pros (+) The room was clean. The staff tried to be helpful and were very pleasant. The staff attempted to placate us by giving us a $10.00 discount on our room. The location is amazing for proximity to historic downtown.

The staff booked us into and gave us working keycards to an occupied room in which guests were already asleep for the night.
