My first time in this hotel. I liked it very much. Thank you for the upgrade. The very big room. The lobby and bar design. The personnel.
Less than a minute from the metro station. 1-hour walk to the Red Square and Kremlin. Big and clean room, Polite staff. We were enjoying the stay in the hotel. I would've definitely recommended the hotel for my friends and colleagues
I was with my family there. 2 adults and 1 kid in total. When I checked in, there were towels, water bottles, etc for three persons. After room cleaning, they left everything for only 2 persons. Like a child is not a person who needed everything the same. We lived in a room with 2 queen beds
Location great especially for winter, located at the entrance of metro. (not walking distance to kremlin) Close by to local mall. Change office inside the hotel. Very polite employees at reception and breakfast. Spacious rooms. Complimentary water and coffee at the room. Breakfast ok. Overall; satisfactory for the price... Important : Download yandex taxi application to call taxis so you will know how much you will pay before the trip, if you find a random taxi, they will ask you at least 2-3 times the real cost...
Bathrooms without tub. Leaking from underneath the shower doors to wet the bathroom floor. Odd room shape for some of the rooms, big but empty, Hotel is a bit old. ( due to our complaint our room was changed and they handled it very politely ).
Place close to the metro The stuff is very nice, polite and kind The bed is comfortable and the linings are good
The room was full of smoking smell The breakfast was average
Location is great and hotel's staff is friendly.
The room 314 I have stayed was so much noisy after 23:00 every day and it took me an hour to get asleep. Also there was a weird smell in the room. Internet connection is like from 90's - slow and drops connection every half an hour. No shower cap, no shoe spoon. Breakfast is rather modest, no fruits, no vegetables except ugly tomatoes. Definitely, overpriced just because of name. Sorry, guys.
Novotel Moscow Center's location is very convenient, it's a 15-minute drive from the historic center. Nearby are the metro stations "Mendeleevskaya" and "Novoslobodskaya." The AeroExpress station is 10 minutes away, the train will take you to Sheremetyevo Airport in 45 minutes. You will find many sights around the hotel: the Bolshoi Theatre, The Nikulin Circus and other legendary Moscow scenes.
