10.0 Excellent
Pros: We spent amazing week there during our summer holiday and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean, well located and providing all the facilities you need. The food in the restaurant was also great and all the staff were very kind.
Cons: There was no even a single thing I didn't like.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and relaxed. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra facilities. Eg. Outdoor table tennis as well as the indoor one, loads of games machines for the children and bar football, small ten-pin bowling alley. 5 minutes to walk to the supermarket in town as well as very accessible to the centre for local restaurants. We purchased the Multipasses through the hotel, which were brilliant value as we could use these on the ski lifts.
Cons: The only thing I would comment on would be that we found the room a little warm, even sleeping with the door open. We did stay in July/August as it was exceptionally hot.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast and the dinner rates were very good too. The rooms were spotless and the view over the mountains from the balcony was what we wanted.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff, location, facilities, breakfast.
Cons: The only thing to improve is to have a microwave in a family room with kitchen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very nice, staff were most hospitable and welcoming, and the facilities were really good. Great holiday, would recommend to everyone!

Pros: Location, facilities and breakfast are all very good. Great games room and sauna with heated ski storage adjacent. Owner Kindly allowed us to leave our ski bag there for a week even tho we were not staying there!! Great, big, cosy double bed, so many hotels give a so called 'double room' with two crappy single beds stuck together!

All the meals were excellent and the hotel fully met my dietary requirements. The service of the restaurant staff was also excellent and attentive. Every morning a lift was available to the various ski lifts which was a fantastic bonus and fully appreciated.
Cons: I could not find fault in my stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! A great place in every way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Full disclosure I stayed here 20 years ago with my then fiancee and we loved it. After 20 years of visiting the alps mainly in self catering or chalet board accommodation we decided on a nostalgic return trip with our two teenagers. Happily we found it had continued the tricky balance of being a relaxing hotel run by a family but with efficiency and professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble Huge choice for breakfast, we didn't eat in for evening meals but they looked amazing, very french cuisine, a few desserts were brought through to the bar to sample one night and they were stunning. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere, especially in the bar. Wide mix of clientele, which is always sign of a well run hotel, Lovely garden. The rooms have plenty of storage space - often lacking in the alpine accommodation. The Family members especially David are friendly and chatty if you want them to be and equally respectful and professional if you prefer your own company. Bit of an alpine gem.
Cons: Nothing. If I was to be very very picky, the pool could be bigger...... but they are about to refurb it. The meals were very french, picky teenagers (ours) might struggle - we decided to eat out, but I'd be sure that the kitchen would sort something more simple if asked.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: excellent hotel, if a little quiet, but that didnt matter. Staff were very helpful and facilities very good
Cons: nothing - bit pricey but it is high ski season

9.2 Excellent
Pros: We were greeted by the owner who is honestly one of the happiest smiling people I have ever met at a reception desk. We had been upgraded as the hotel was a little quite and we were 3 adults, she was more than helpful asking if we required to rent ski's etc., and gave us a map to point out a few details. The room was beautiful and my adult son had his own tv, chair, bed, shelving in a contained upstairs room with drapes for privacy. The window shades were electric and kept every piece of light out to ensure a great sleep The beds were very comfortable We used the steam room and whirl pool it was very well maintained and clean location was easy for shops/restaurants/buses We were not here for a ski vacation but to visit someone so cannot comment on ski facilities (i am sure it would all be great as everything else was) The lounge and pool table area was very inviting As mentioned before we did not attempt to stroke miss grumpy cat,(she looked friendly enough but the owner said it depended on her mood) she looked like part of the furniture as she didn't seem to move from the one spot.
Cons: Nothing everything was good
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really liked the hotel. Staff super friendly, hotel spotless. Hot tub and steam room, plus heated, covered outdoor pool. Very convenient to walk into centre of village for restaurants bars etc and the ski bus stops directly opposite the hotel. We bought lift passes through the hotel as they are able to offer a discount on passes of 3 day’s or more. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, as we were on quite a tight schedule. We had an early check in and luggage was stored for us with no problems on last day. Recommend.
Cons: Nothing - except a kettle in the room would be great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel for a weekend mountain bike stay. Nice and quiet, secure bike storage, good breakfast (€15), comfortable bed, balcony to leave knee pads etc.

Pros: The rooms were large and comfy, the spa was sooooooo relaxing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location - ski-in ski-out, ski buss across the street, village center 5 min walk. Nicely decorated; sufficient size rooms. Good breakfast.
Cons: As a suggestion: a bit simpler kids menu for a dinner e.g. some pasta, chips.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, very clean room, friendly staff, convenient bike garage
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We went for a short ski trip and we found the hotel to be perfect for our needs. We had a great room and with a button lift outside the door it had the added benefit of being able to ski in and out from the Morzine/Les Gets pistes. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They had a good arrangement with a ski rental shop nearby. Breakfast was good and the steam room and spa were very beneficial. Would definitely go back.
Cons: We didn't find anything we didn't like so all I could say is that it's a very peaceful hotel. That said it's just a short walk from the Pleney area of Morzine if you are looking for Apres Ski?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, very pleasant ambience, friendly staff, cosy bar and great breakfast.
Cons: A little quiet in bar after dinner perhaps.

Pros: Service was excellent. Parking lot was full when I arrived, but they allowed me to double park and asked for my keys so they did not have to disturb me in case somebody else wanted to leave. Pros: This is a most relaxing hotel to stay in. The staff made us so welcome and could not have been more helpful. Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable with a balcony and views over the town and across to the Pléney and Nyon. Breakfast was good with a hot option. A short walk takes you down to the town centre and in winter the ski bus stops close to the property.
9.6 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful: views, location, breakfast, and customer service. We we had a great room with a wonderful view of the town...and at night we kept the windows open to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Also, Mariona is a fantastic host, a great source of information, and just an overall pleasant person to get to know. Thank you. We hope to come again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic! Walking distance to town and lifts. Nice and quiet at night. The staff was so friendly and nice and the breakfast was just what we needed to start the day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and neighbours friendly. Comfortable beds and good shower after a days mountain bike riding
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The continental breakfast was excellent. In addition to the usual spread of croissants, bagettes, toast, ham, cheese and fruit salad +tea or coffee, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages and beans were also available. The dining room was very pleasant, and beyond it was a small lounge and bar area. The owner and his wife, together with the other staff, all spoke excellent English, and were very friendly and helpful. Our room was ideal for us and very comfortable. It had a large shared balcony with superb views over the town to the mountains. As we had several friends staying in other hotels and chalets in Morzine at the same time, we ate out with them most evenings, but had one excellent dinner in the hotel. It took no more than 10 minutes to walk to the centre of town and one or two more minutes to the Pleney Telecabine. There was a bus stop about 100 metres away from the hotel with a half-hourly bus service to the Pleney Telecabine and also connecting with the buses to Avoriaz. This bus also stopped at the end of a pedestrian bridge to the Super Morzine Telecabine, so if you didn't want to walk, it was possible to get to most places free of charge by bus. Overall, the hotel, with its official 2-star rating, would not be considered luxurious, but it is very good indeed and excellent value for money. We would recommend it strongly.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, but we would advise that, because the hotel is on quite steep slope up from the town centre, people who have their own skis and boots are likely to find it difficult, or too tiring, to walk, so using the buses becomes essential. It is possible to rent a locker at the base of the Pleney Telecabine, and if you rent skis and/or boots, it is possible to leave them overnight in the shop from which you rent them (usually near one of the lifts). This makes it easier to walk to and from the hotel, but becomes slightly more awkward if, on any day, you decide to ski in Avoriaz rather than Morzine. The hotel has a ski and boot store in an adjacent building, which is convenient, although it does lack heated boot racks. None of the above would be a problem for summer visitors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast amazing. Check in staff awesome.
Cons: All great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, views, cleanliness and super staff
Cons: Room on the small side but it wasn’t an issue for us.... would stay again

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was not the best, but ok for the price. Would have expected more varieties .
Cons: Breakfast plain and not exciting.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, modern rooms, HUGE shower. Convenient location- bus stop right outside to gondolas for Les Gets and Avoriaz and walking distance into Morzine town. Relaxing spa area and cosy bar. Really helpful staff, particularly Hervé who was very kind.
Cons: Only negative would be the overpriced breakfast as it is not table service, you cook your own eggs etc.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast could be better and didn’t enjoy cooking my own eggs
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Although the hotel is above the village of Morzine, the excellent bus services solved all the problems. The accommodation and the facilities (including Sauna and both open and indoor pools) were excellent. We're definitely returning next year as the hotel and the Portes du Soleil ski area were fine for my husband, who still skis. I'm a walker (pieton) these days and need to go back to do more of the winter walking available there.

Pros: the location of the hotel was just perfect for us, not too far to walk to any of the lifts or the town. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We really loved this hotel because it represents great value. We also loved the location to the ski hire shop - one minute over the bridge. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were also fab to use. The swimming pool was warm - but FYI bring your own towels. We will definitely be returning again- we love it and the staff were so friendly. The breakfasts were delicious too.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Really good location for ski lift
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Big room and balcony and excellent little spa. Just over the wobbly bridge from the Super Morzine lift so very easy access to Avoriaz skiing and Morzine centre.
Cons: The restaurant was not open for evening meals, but that may have been because we were close to end of ski season.
6.7 Good
Cons: The half board food was one option only for dinner and the exact same breakfast everyday which resulted in us having to spend extra money and eat out everyday for dinner and it was not basic food for dinner, it was stuff British people do not normally eat with no other choice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the hotel exceeded expectation but was as good as hoped for. The pool and relaxation area was pleasant and welcome after a day on slopes. The staff were helpful and attentive. Very quiet and clean with good access to Super Morzine lift just across the bridge. Food was good.
Cons: I liked everything although a kettle in the room would have been nice.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I thought the hotel was charming. Very comfortable and the staff always went out of their way to help. I wanted to ski on my last day, but had to check out of my room after breakfast. They looked after my bags and found me somewhere comfortable to change before my transfer to the airport arrived. Definitely recommended.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, good food, nice location slightly removed from the degree so nice and peaceful (and get to walk over the bridge every day)
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Easy walk over the bridge to town. The room was a good size. The pool area is nice with views over to Pleney. The breakfast is pretty basic but convenient.
Cons: One window didn't have a curtain. There was no fixing to hold the shower head up. The road behind our room was a little loud in the morning though.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Large room, comfy bed, good continental breakfast, friendly hosts. Quiet given time of year but can imagine it would have a nice buzz about it in mid season.
Cons: Hallways often dark - more lighting would make it feel more homely. Pool and jacuzzi both a little cold - fine when it’s hot but not quite warm enough after a damp chilly day on the mountain.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 7 nights bed & breakfast, for a cycling/sightseeing holiday. There was free parking in front of the hotel for guests. The hotel is "Alpine" style, very cosy and clean. Our room was spacious with an outside seating area, and the bed was very comfortable! It is well situation in the town of Morzine with all the facilities within walking distance. The breakfast had a very good choice in both Continental and cooked, with lovely fruit and jam available, and local cake to try. There was a lovely swimming pool and sunbathing/seating area. The owners and staff were very friendly and we felt very welcome in their hotel.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like about this hotel
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was very good.
Cons: The room was dated, old and fusty smelling. It was clean but could desperately do with a change of carpet (embedded damp smell despite considerable efforts of cleaning staff, very clean just that old smell you know), curtains and bathroom tart up. Please get a decent hair dryer.

The hotel was within a 5min walk to the main Morzine centre, yet was far enough away to benefit from spectacular views. Ski in at the end of the day conditions permitting. Discounted ski hire and lift passes were also arranged by the hotel, and the food was of a good standard. Overall, a really enjoyable 4 day stay

Pros: Comfort and cleanliness. Location to ski slopes and town. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Good ski and boot storage facility in basement. We got a good price for last minute but think it could normally be over priced.

7.9 Good

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location! Honestly, this couldn't have been better - 10/10 balcony view of the ski lifts, toboggan, gondolas, havana bar, and an animal pen with baby goats and chickens. I mean, is this even the real world? Super friendly and accommodating staff.
Cons: The only thing that comes to mind is the breakfast. It was good, but the hot buffet items -- sausages, baked beans, scrambled eggs -- were just "ok". Coffee was also from a machine and "ok". The rest was superb -- pastries, cheese selection, yogurts, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for the lift and town. Couldn’t ask to be anywhere nearer. Great staff and very friendly. Always willing to help.
Cons: We went in a small double. The shower is very small but that’s our fault for not going to a standard double.

Pros: Lovely place to stay right in the centre of Morzine and right next to an uplift. Cute rooms with balcony and the shower although slightly old fashioned is pretty powerful. The hotel receptionists are lovely!! Made the stay so much more fun and friendly. The breakfast is great.
Cons: I'm not sure Morzine does aircon but some nights you could definitely do with it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has the best location in Morzine
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the friendly and helpful staff, and also the location of the hotel. The bike wash came in very handy.
Cons: Breakfast was repetitive, and no secure place to store my bike (I had to buy a bike lock).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great place and good location Nice staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right by the Pleney and the centre of town. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Basic but more than what you get at the hotel I usually stay at in Morzine. This one had hot scrambled egg and sausages as well as the usual cereal, pastry, bread, cheese etc. Had a great view of the town and Super Morzine from our balcony and the beer garden at the bottom of the Pleney was a great place to relax.
Cons: Room was really hot. No air-con or fans. My mate slept on the balcony a couple of nights. However, I accept that the hotel was probably made with winter guests more in mind, before mtb became popular. The bike storage was just at the back of a garage which was open most of the time, so make sure you bring a decent lock with you.
