There was nothing to like about the hotel but it was the negative response to a valid request to refund at least the last day of a 3 day booking that was an issue. I had a serious knee i jury and found it just too difficult to climb the narrow 3 flights and negotiate a tiny room and bathroom. Would not recommend staying here at all.
The bathroom - could not close the door while using the toilet. Terrible shower. The location was further from the center than expected.

Bathroom size very small. Lots of noise from outside. Shower controls were behind the shower. Bed wasnt comfty, but rather hard.
