Pros:One of the best places I have stayed, room and service is excellent, breakfast and drinks are amazing, unique luxury hotel.
Pros:Liked everything in the hotel, room, garden, all the decorations in the hallways, restaurants. It’s a half block from the Catheral and within walking distance of museums. We had dinner at the hotel and was very good. I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it.
Cons:Had an issue when we had dinner, because we asked them to divide the check in 3, we were 3 couples and charged it to our room, and the waiter came back saying the division would not be equal because their system would not let them, we ended paying in cash.
Pros:The hotel staff is very helpful and answered emails promptly. They were able to reserve a taxi to pick me up from the airport and take me to airport as well at the end of my trip. The hotel restaurant food is very good but a bit slow. The complimentary breakfast is very delicious as well. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The courtyard garden is very beautiful and daily maintained. The location is great. It is very close to an atm, the cathedral, the downtown shops and it's very convenient for catching a taxi.
Cons:Our room was very nice but it was next to the cleaning staff room so their noise would wake me in the morning. Not a big deal, but if you want to sleep in make sure you get a room in a quieter spot.
