Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were disappointed with their stay, citing major issues with cleanliness, poor service, and lack of breakfast. Many mentioned the hotel’s proximity to the airport as a positive, but this was overshadowed by problems such as dirty rooms, unfriendly staff, maintenance issues, and misleading information about amenities like the shuttle and breakfast. Some guests also experienced problems with room size and heating. Overall, negative experiences far outweighed the positives.
