Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the convenient location of the hotel. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, showers, and common areas, as well as problems with insects. Several guests also reported uncomfortable beds and maintenance issues with air conditioning and other facilities. While some found the hotel to be a good value for the price, the negatives around cleanliness and comfort were frequent concerns.
