Pros (+) I liked that the staff were very friendly. The accommodations were very nice.
Cons (-) I didn’t like the food at the buffet. It was very tasteless and over cooked. No healthy looking food.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly service, clean environment, spacious rooms, and enjoyable pool facilities. While there were some concerns about noise, room updates, and amenities, the overall feedback highlighted positive experiences with staff, cleanliness, and comfort. The pool and hot tub were particularly appreciated for relaxation, and the large room sizes were frequently mentioned as a plus. Some guests noted minor issues with lighting, air conditioning, and breakfast options, but these did not overshadow the generally favorable impressions.AI-generated from customer reviews
