There was beat up Beat cars parked around the hotel there was people wandering around outside of the hotel there was one door open was six people just laying across the beds talking with people outside the room did Phil did not feel like a safe place

Changed rooms and the security latch did not work there was no smoke detector so the hotel offered a refund but I was still charge $15 I did not enjoy my experience at this hotel

There were no towels, no pillows, roaches everywhere, the bed and bedding. Was disgusting, and the room next to me was selling drugs all day and night.

Nothing. Manager gave away reservation, roaches everywhere, no ac, microwave caught fire. Manager refused to give me corporate number and told me to email the hotel but when i asked for corperate email he hang up in my face.

I did not feel safe.I felt this place was a breeding ground for covid19 and recipe for disaster. There were people loitering outside of the hotel again, no mask! Staff member without mask. I'm awaiting a refund as we speak.

Yes! The manager was polite and understood how if felt.

Roaches, vermin infested, smelled horrible,room was awful. This was most likely a crack head hotel. I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel before.
