The desk clerk was friendly and offered tools and a welder for any needs. He even offered to set me up with another group if I wanted since I was alone. Room was efficient and warm which is all I needed.

This is a little gem of a place. A clean, well serviced hotel with the owner/manager on site to take care of things. Yes it’s a little dated and if you’re looking for valet parking it’s probably not for you but you won’t find better at this price point.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

For the money they could have provided at least a bakery muffin and piece of fruit. It was nice to have a good sized motel fridge and a microwave. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The ice machine was great on a hot day. Although old the Sagebrush was clean, staff very friendly and as far as Moab prices go this was a good place to stay.
Having a small breakfast to go!

People were really great. Location was perfect. Walking distance to many venues. Price was better than any place we went during our trip. Room was quiet and cozy.

Nobody turned down the room but we were able to go request fresh towels so it was fine
