I liked that this was a family oriented hotel area. It has a mini-water park that is great for a family with kids of any age group. The check in was quick with easy locatable rooms.
That my rooms A/C unit was not properly functioning with external temps in the high 80's to low 90's. There were no packages of disposable utensils for the suites.
It was quite
When we went to go to our room we had get our room keys redone like 3 times. We drove 9 hours and were tired we didnt like being locked out everytime left our room.
The airport shuttle was very handy.
I got billed twice for my one night stay, at two different rates. They mixed me up with another guest with a similar last name. It took nearly a week and many phone calls to get it straightened out and get my card refunded for the incorrect charge.
Smooth check in!
Coldwater faucet didn't work.
Friendly staff and very accommodating
