Super 8 by Wyndham Missoula/Brooks Street

Parking, laundry facilities and close to town.

Laundry room was not well ventilated and in basement so it was super hot. Our room was not cool when we entered nor was it cool when we left. AC wasn’t working, it’s filter was dirty and room smelled musty. Wouldn’t recommend staying again.

Staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in but not so much when we checked out.

The sheets and pillowcases were dirty. The staff quickly had them changed. The air conditioner did not work well and made a very loud rumbling noise. We slept terrible because if the noise, heat and the uncomfortable beds. The room was old and grungy... In desperate need of an overhaul. Definitely not a great value and we definitely will not be coming back!

They advertised “high speed internet, “ but it didn’t work. The phone didn’t work in my room. After talking to the manager, he said these were known problems and acted like no big deal, you just have to put up with it. I decided to check out after one night when I had a two night reservation. The manager was arrogant and belligerent when I addressed the problem. He ended up charging me a late check out fee and was unapologetic. I DO NOT recommend this property!! It is unethical advertising “high speed internet” when it doesn’t work.
